Emma Senior Photos

Sammamish, WA

Emma is a senior this year at Skyline High School in a suburb east of Seattle. She is actively involved in drama program there and is a bright student. She is full of grace and is wise beyond her years. I am excited to see what the future has for her! I enjoyed meeting up with her and her mom at a park near their home. The fall colors are starting to pop and I am reminded how much I love photographing during October!

Thomas Wedding

Monroe, WA

Jeff and Emma were married last August 24th. This is my second time venturing to the gorgeous Pine Creek Nursery just outside of Monroe (see here and here). The landscape is quite stunning and in the summer, bursting with bright florals. Not to mention, Gwen, one of the owners is so kind and pays attention to detail in all her floral work and set up.

Jeff and Emma had a beautiful ceremony at Cascade Community Church with a short reception after. I adored their exit too! Jeff is involved with racing and their exit was so unique and perfect to the couple. They truly are racing into life’s new race! Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Thomas!

Venue: Pine Creek Nursery & Cascade Church

Maddox Wedding

Brandan & Sam were married last July 6th in Elmira, Oregon which is just minutes outside of Eugene. Their wedding was hosted by Deep Wood Events which is situated in a majestic forested backdrop. Sam took months to create all of the florals for the bridal party and decor pieces, which were stunning! Every detail was laced with elegance and care.

This day was seriously one of the most joyful events I had the honor to capture. Brandan has one of the most infectious smiles and Sam is nothing short of fierce love. Together, they both light up the room and bring a deep sense of warmth, sparks of joy, comfort and love.

Their ceremony was so thoughtful and caring. Each detail curated, had us all in tears or laughter. Their bridal party championed them beyond anything I’ve seen before. What a day!

Congratulations Brandan and Sam!

Bowen & Marah

Bothell, WA

Bowen and Marah are engaged! My husband and I first met Bowen two years ago and he became part of our church family quickly after. Marah came into the picture pretty soon after that. Surprisingly, their moms dubiously tried to set them up, and kept trying to have them hang out. So Bowen ended up inviting Marah to a Kardia event. She quickly got plugged into our community and then all of the sudden we noticed Bowen and Marah spending a lot more quality time together 😉 Later into the year they officially started to date and Bowen proposed last June!

We ventured to Ride N Shine Farm, where Bowen’s family keeps their horse, Poppy. Despite the crazy Washington summer weather, the clouds didn’t rain on us! We had a lot of fun and I even had a hard time not laughing with these two!

Bowen and Marah, you are both such generous and servant hearted people. You always desiring to learn and grow, which makes you strong leaders. You reflect a kindness and redemptive beauty in your lives. It is such an honor to be part of your story in a small way and to have watched your relationship blossom over this past year. I am thrilled for you both! I can’t wait to help officiate your wedding this October! Love you tons.
